Hidden Images (Beyond Copper foil overlay)
Learn the techniques of creating copper images on glass. You may make a picture or a 3-sided lamp. Come see samples of both and pick up a list of tools, supplies, and glass you will need in class. You may even wish to look through files for ideas for your designs.

Beyond the usual mosaics, into the extraordinary! Create an “art” mosaic of a bird (many choices) with Cindy’s help. Come see samples.
10:30am-4pm Lab fee: $70

Friday, you will create a fused 3-D pyramid. Saturday, Maureen will teach you to coldwork it to a beautiful, transparent finish. Come see samples. Class is limited to 6 students. So sign up now.

Salvage Showcase – Candle Shelter
You will need found objects such as rocks, shells, broken glass – smaller pieces are better. Bring anything that will not ignite, explode, or melt when soldered. We will also have a lot of “stuff” here that you can use. Come see examples. This class is leading up to Salvage Showcase Panels. Bring cutting and soldering tools and supplies! (Copper foil, solder, flux, patina, etc.)
10 am – 4pm Lab fee: $60

Sticks and Stones
This multi-media project is based on Cathy Claycomb’s techniques using the “rolled edge glass” with rondels, nugget, wire, sticks, and other found objects. “Rolled edge glass”, one rondel, nuggets, and wire provided. You may bring other found objects. Bring cutting and soldering tools and supplies! (Copper foil, solder, flux, patina, etc.) Come see examples. .
10 – 4 pm (Break for lunch) Lab fee: $70
